In the context of the Distance Buying Act, consumers are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days after delivery of the product when making purchases via the internet. Within this period, products may be returned without giving a reason, provided the product is undamaged, unopened/opened and unused. The customer must pay the postage for returning the item himself.
If a product "does not fit", we always ask you what the reason is, so that we can provide the best possible information about the suitability of our products compared to the various brands and models.
If you have ordered the wrong product, you can simply indicate this, this will not affect you receiving your money back within the stated conditions, but we know that the product compatibility data was not incorrect.

Because shipping is always at the expense and risk of the customer, the package must be properly packaged and with sufficient postage. We will refuse insufficient postage for mail.

If the returned goods are complete, undamaged, unopened/opened and unused, we will refund the purchase price paid by you to your account within 5 working days.

What if you want to return an unopened and unused product after 14 days? In this case we will make an exception. In this case, the purchase price of the products will be refunded to you, although a restocking fee of up to 10% may be deducted. In the event of a price increase, a maximum of 100% of the purchase price of the products will be reimbursed. In all cases, payment costs and/or shipping costs will not be refunded.
